內(nèi)容簡(jiǎn)介：本報(bào)告將圍繞風(fēng)力發(fā)電技術(shù)展開(kāi)討論，介紹德國(guó)以及全球風(fēng)力發(fā)電行業(yè)的發(fā)展，剖析德國(guó)能源轉(zhuǎn)型的背景、目標(biāo)和路線(xiàn)圖，列舉不同機(jī)型的應(yīng)用實(shí)例，介紹風(fēng)電技術(shù)的最新進(jìn)展和技術(shù)挑戰(zhàn)，旨在加深學(xué)生對(duì)風(fēng)電行業(yè)的了解，激發(fā)對(duì)新能源事業(yè)的興趣。

報(bào)告人簡(jiǎn)介
Benjamin Jargstorf，高級(jí)工程師，現(xiàn)任德國(guó)Factor-4能源公司總經(jīng)理。1978年德國(guó)布朗什維克工業(yè)大學(xué)電氣工程專(zhuān)業(yè)畢業(yè)。1979-1980年擔(dān)任德國(guó)技術(shù)合作公司的咨詢(xún)師，編制小規(guī)模灌溉手冊(cè)、研發(fā)手冊(cè)、生態(tài)和環(huán)境保護(hù)手冊(cè)。1984-1991年在德國(guó)Decon能源咨詢(xún)公司擔(dān)任項(xiàng)目工程師，在第三世界國(guó)家實(shí)施小型風(fēng)能利用項(xiàng)目，負(fù)責(zé)評(píng)估了15個(gè)國(guó)家的項(xiàng)目，在中國(guó)安裝了49臺(tái)風(fēng)力機(jī)組。1991-1995年在生態(tài)項(xiàng)目公司任主任，在巴西、玻利維亞、摩洛哥、葡萄牙和德國(guó)實(shí)施測(cè)風(fēng)、風(fēng)場(chǎng)評(píng)估和風(fēng)場(chǎng)建設(shè)項(xiàng)目。之后任職于Factor-4能源公司，在孟加拉、納米比亞、巴西、塞內(nèi)加爾實(shí)施兆瓦級(jí)風(fēng)電場(chǎng)安裝和檢測(cè)項(xiàng)目。在中國(guó)西北工業(yè)大學(xué)風(fēng)力發(fā)電培訓(xùn)項(xiàng)目中承擔(dān)授課任務(wù)，講授風(fēng)場(chǎng)規(guī)劃、風(fēng)力機(jī)組設(shè)計(jì)、風(fēng)力機(jī)組并網(wǎng)等課程。
Benjamin Jargstorfisthegeneral managerofFactor-4EnergyCompanyinGermany.He graduated in electrical engineering from the Technical University of Bolshevik in Germany in 1978. From 1979 to 1980, he served as a consultant for the German Technical Cooperation Company and worked out small-scale irrigation manuals, R&D manuals, ecology and environmental protection manuals. From 1984 to 1991, he worked as a project engineer at Decon Energy Consulting in Germany and implemented a small wind energy utilization project in a third world country. He was responsible for evaluating projects in 15 countries and installed 49 wind turbines in China. From 1991 to 1995, he was the director of the ecological project company and implemented wind measurement, wind farm assessment and wind farm construction projects in Brazil, Bolivia, Morocco, Portugal and Germany. After that, he worked for Factor-4 Energy and implemented megawatt wind farm installation and testing projects in Bangladesh, Namibia, Brazil, and Senegal. In the wind power generation training project of Northwestern Polytechnical University of China, he undertook teaching tasks and teached courses such as wind farm planning, wind turbine design, and wind turbine grid connection.
